Hello, I’m Cara. I am a ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist, and qualified to distinction level in 2022.
I’ve since attended post qualification training in Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue and Warm Bamboo Massage. I’m a qualified Reiki practitioner since 2024 and recently gained a diploma in Reflexology in 2025.
I have recently moved to The Dedham Vale area of Suffolk with my husband, son, dog and Cat, so I’m looking to build up a new client base.
I personally love getting a massage. It’s my favorite thing ever! I think a good massage, carried out with the best intention does lasting wonders for the body and soul. Delivering quality, tailored treatments for others makes me truly happy and energises me. I am spiritual and my treatments are holistic. I believe that is essential to consider the mind, body and spirit when healing, and endeavour to bring long term relief and comfort to each individual I work with.
