Hello, I’m Cara. I am a ITEC Holistic Massage Therapist, and qualified to distinction level in 2022.
I’ve since attended post qualification training in Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Deep Tissue and Warm Bamboo Massage. I am also a qualified Reiki practitioner as of August 2024.
I am so excited to have moved to Suffolk this Autumn - I am expecting a baby next May so I have reduced the amount of mobile work I am doing and have set up a relaxing space for clients to come and visit me, in the heart of Woodbridge town centre.
Delivering quality treatments energise me, I have always been drawn to helping people. I truly believe that is absolutely essential to consider the mind, body and spirit when healing anything, and I endeavour to bring long term relief and comfort to each individual I work with.
